MAIKA'IKE

The ancient Hawaiians believed that the most profound truths of our being were found deep within the cells of our body. Much more than a 'machine' requiring the right food, rest and exercise, the body, according to Ancient Wisdom, is a living, breathing, light-filled intelligence far beyond the conscious mind. These teachings will give us ways to access this wisdom - energetically and physically opening the pathways from the profound intelligence of the body to the mind.

This 3-Day workshop offers Core & Cellular Healing with Ancient body-centered practices to ground and awaken the wisdom of Spirit in our bodies, and in our lives. This work allows us to clear old trauma, pain and limitation, bringing us into powerful & permanent alignment with our truest Self.

'Core & Cellular Healing', concerns 'making things right' with ourselves, our ancestors, and all of Life. It is a sacred and effective process of finding balance, resolution, completion with any disturbances of the past, old patterning, dysfunction, blockages, discord, trauma, illness, etc. which appear in the body/mind/spirit.

Core & Cellular Healing is an alchemical, transformational process which connects us directly to Source and activates the clearing of any limitations or blockages which are preventing us from our full expression. As this transmission of High Healing Sacred Energy melts into the body, it begins to expose, release, and dissolve anything that is not based on Pure Love, Expansion and Growth of Consciousness. Old imprints, mindsets and behavior patterns are quickly dismantled and released. It is a process of 'Living Prayer' in which we work with High Healing Consciousnesses, as well as your own Guardians and Spirit Helpers. You will often feel heat, tingling or vibration as sacred energies put the body through a deep purification process, unwinding and transmuting traumas and limitations, opening the cells, expanding consciousness and allowing the true soul expression to be realized.

As old patterning, limitation and blockages are released from the system, vital energy becomes free and regeneration which could not take place before, begins to be activated. Our spirit recognizes it's home in the Heart of Love and we are able to live with more freedom, purpose and joy. The skin becomes luminescent as light that was trapped becomes free to illuminate us from within.

Through the Maika'ike, we embrace our (forgotten) Natural State of Being. We are then able to approach life with all of who we are, and contact the place from which we can express our gifts fully, living a life of freedom, passion and compelling purpose.

The Maika'ike is an alchemical process which alters our patterning at a cellular level, thus rapidly changing every aspect of our lives.
These trainings are offered in 3-Day, non-residential workshops as well as longer, residential Retreats, held in the Hawaiian Islands.
