ABOUT HAWAIIAN WISDOM TRAININGS

The ancient Hawaiians believed that the most profound truths of our being were found deep within the cells of our body. Much more than a 'machine' requiring the right food, rest and exercise, the body, according to Ancient Wisdom, is a living, breathing, light-filled intelligence far beyond the conscious mind. These teachings will give us ways to access this wisdom - energetically and physically opening the pathways from the profound intelligence of the body to the mind.

Working with ancient encoded movement, breath, chant and a modern form of Ho'oponopono called Core Transformation, this work releases energies restricted by limiting belief systems, patterning, trauma and blockages. As these energies become free in our system, they add to, rather than impede, our forward movement in life.

The ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono concerns 'making things right' with ourselves, our ancestors, and all of Life. It is a sacred and effective process of finding balance, resolution, completion with any disturbances of the past, old patterning, dysfunction, blockages, discord, trauma, illness, etc. which appear in the body/mind.

Through the Maika'ike, we embrace our (forgotten) Natural State of Being. We are then able to approach life with all of who we are, and contact the place from which we can express our gifts fully, living a life of freedom, passion and compelling purpose.
